Creating Consistency

 Welcome Back!


Oh the irony of this one, right? Seeing as though my blog has taken a little vacation for a bit - but hey that's life - ebbs and flows ... but that doesn't mean we can't pick things back up!


In fact, sometimes a break is good. It allows use to get clear, get focused and figure out what exactly we want to be doing and where we need to move things around so that we can take action.


Recently I have been working with clients and engaging with my tribe on social media and I asked them what was  the number one challenge for engaging in exercise and the most frequent response was consistency!

We are totally in this together! :)
