Eating Through the Holidays

First and foremost, Happy Thanksgiving!


Thank you for being here!


Within the past month I have launched a YouTube Series titled Coffee with Kelley and have decided to bring the show over to my blog. I hope you enjoy and as always I love hearing from you and getting ideas for content - so please let me know if there is something you want to watch, talk, discuss and I will make it happen!


Ok, I know you have things to do today, it's Thanksgiving! So I wanted to give you these 4 helpful tools, I call them the 4 M's of eating through the holidays:


1. Mindfulness

2. Moderation

3. Management

4. Movement


With these 4 M's we can navigate the buffets, the cocktail parties, the family gatherings and so on with ease. Food is something to celebrate and should not be a stressor, and the holidays are a time for joy and should not invoke anxiety, especially as it relates to our health and wellness.
