Hi, I'm Kelley 







I am an American Council on Exercise Certified Health Coach and Behavior Change Specialist. I have been personal training, teaching group fitness classes, instructing college exercise courses, and working one-on-one with clients for over 15 years. My passion is to help people reach their optimal wellbeing through fitness, nutrition, and lifestyle behavior change. For this reason I created Consistency Crew and I am stoked to be sharing my passion with others!


I created Consistency Crew because motivation isn't always easy and sometimes we just need to follow something simple and stay accountable to what's going to get us results over the long haul.


So it's a 6-week crash course using short (20 mins or less) metabolic conditioning body weight workouts you can do at home, along with some basic nutrition guidelines you can easily apply to your life.


I created this project specifically for anyone who wants to be consistently more active than they are now.


Here's what ya get:

  • Short, weekly lessons delivered via email - these will provide simple nutrition and lifestyle strategies you can implement easily, all my best nutrition guidelines!

  • Every Sunday I'll be sending a 20 minute MetCon body weight workout for the week to be done three times - SIMPLE!

  • Weekly live trainings if you'd like to ask questions or you can just watch them on your own time

  • Optional accountability within a closed private community - I'll be checking in to make sure you're getting in your workouts, providing feedback and any modifications or adjustments you might need


We start the week of August 5th!
